DAWN TUCKER
Born and raised in Wichita, Kansas, I entered the corporate world early while raising my daughter. Becoming a single mother at eighteen shaped the foundation of my life and career — teaching me resilience, discipline, and perseverance.
Over time, that perseverance became purpose. What began as a passion for design grew into a thriving business, and with the support of an exceptional team, we became one of Wichita’s most sought-after design firms in under a decade.

As demand grew, my work expanded beyond Wichita into other cities — and eventually, across state lines and soon into international projects.
As my business evolved, I intentionally stepped back to take on a select number of projects — creating space for family and clarity.
In that season, I recognized a vital need in our industry: collaboration over competition. That vision led me to found Designers Supporting Designers (DSD) Wichita in 2022 — a trusted community for Design industry leaders. I remain actively involved and deeply committed to strengthening the design community that shaped my career.
Today, through DT Consulting LLC, I offer high-touch design consulting rooted in clarity, confidence, and trusted direction. I serve as your soundboard and proxy for design decisions, connecting you with the right professionals and guiding each step with intention.
My purpose is simple: to streamline the process, protect your investment, and create a result that feels effortless — and exceptional.
