Let’s break the stigma of disloyalty in the Design Industry.
In my experience, the Design Industry can be approached in two ways: competition or collaboration. Unfortunately, I’ve encountered some competitive experiences during my ten year service. It has made me realize the importance of valuing and appreciating the talent and skills of fellow Designers, Stagers, Vendors and Tradespeople.
After a year away, I’ve met with a couple of trustworthy Designers to discuss my passion and drive to break the stigma of disloyalty in our industry. Together we can be the ones to start this change. We can let our colleagues know they are not alone.
The Mission
Our mission is to support Designers and foster collaboration over competition. We have seen a remarkable increase in attendance over the last year since starting DSD. Together, let's build a strong and trustworthy community by inviting local artists, vendors and tradespeople. Let’s grow together!
